By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you order on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

Spelling, names, dates and wording are printed exactly as you submit them. Please review your personalization carefully before checking out.

We review every order before printing and will contact you if something looks unclear or if a photo is too low-resolution to print well.

You confirm you own or have permission to use any photo or artwork you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

We may decline to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes a third party's copyright or trademark.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Personalized items are made to order. Production time is listed on each product page and is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started we may not be able to make changes.

Because each keepsake is made uniquely for you, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you approved, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or refund it.

Previews and mockups are illustrations of the finished piece. Slight differences in color, finish and placement can occur between screens and printed products.

Our brand, designs, templates and site content belong to Keepsake & Gift Shop and may not be copied or resold. You keep the rights to the content you upload.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
